Being of service to others involves everyone from hospitality workers to those who are in leadership roles. The difference is the level of service you offer and to whom it is delivered to. Those who are successful at being of service, are those who focus solely on the ultimate goal… customer satisfaction. These are the people who maintain their own values without pushing them on others when it is inappropriate to do so. They do not view others as subordinate to themselves . Everyone is seen as part of the solution. When dealing with customer issues they promise only what they can deliver. By focusing on the positive ,the customer understands what they have to work with and how they can use it to their benefit.

Give more service than is required and it will be returned to you tenfold!
