DOES IT FEEL RIGHT?

In the auto play of our everyday lives, there is little time to put any great amount of thought into the small decisions. It is when something out of the ordinary occurs, that we can take a look at how we are living. Some of what we will see will be good and some will be not so good. When you are feeling as though something is not right for you, then it probably is not.

When something comes along to open up the time to “think” about things, it is wise to use the time doing just that. In your rear view mirror you should be able to exam those people and events in your life that you have mixed feelings about.From this perspective you can decide on how to navigate and manage your life moving forward.

Nothing is more important than how you feel. The old adage “If you have your health you have your wealth”, is very true. Your emotional health is just as important as your physical health.When either of these are in jeopardy, an unbalance occurs to make you feel uncertain.

Listen to your inner self that gives you those feelings. When it feels right it is right!
