As much as we have become dependent upon technology, nothing will ever replace what we receive from human interaction. When the internet connection is lost or the computer gets infected with a virus,it is then we fall back on getting in touch with people in the old traditional way. Meeting face to face with our peers or prospects shows that we are willing to invest our time and energy into someone other than ourselves. E-mail campaigns and text messages can leave people with mixed signals as we cannot read the tone of someone’s voice or envision their mannerisms when they speak. Without human interaction we will become increasingly isolated into our own individual worlds. We need to try and balance the two since it does not have to be one or the other. Reach out to someone who you would like to be of service to in an effort to learn more about what they do and why they do it. You may just learn a lot and earn yourself a new client and business friend.

Give more service than is required and you will receive tenfold
