ON BEING A COUPLE!

When we work together is when true love can be found. Sharing the load creates a atmosphere of being a team. Realizing that each member is as important as the other. Allowing one to carry more than than they can handle creates animosity whether expressed or hidden. Over time the one who has to bear more feels weighed down by too much responsibility. This feeling may present itself through withdrawal of affection and the breakdown of communication.

The sustainability of a couple, is found in their ability to achieve true intimacy. Intimacy is not in of itself merely physical. It is rather defined by the compatibility of the couple and their ability to maintain emotional ties to one another. These ties create a bond that no other person can break.
