TAKE CARE OF YOU!

Take time to stretch out your body during the day. This will help avoid stiffness and rigidity that can set in. It will also give your mind a rest from all that is going on. Do not concern yourself with being able to touch your toes. Bend as far as you can side to side and up to the sky. If you are too self conscious to this during the work day then do it at home in the morning before work or after you get home. This is your life and you were meant to live it as stress free as possible. Taking a few minutes for YOU will not hurt anyone or anything. If others are put off by your new regime ,they are not mandated to participate and are welcome to find something else to busy themselves with while you are taking care of YOU!

You can only be as good to others as you are to yourself!
