Sometimes our troubles become like baggage and prevent us from seeing solutions right in front of our eyes. It is times like this that putting all of your troubles down and taking a deep breath can help. Once all of our troubles are in front of us we can then begin to see more clearly possible solutions ahead. Most often we hear this process called using our faith, the process of payer or meditation.

Whether first thing in the morning ,during break time or before bed(you can do all three if you are so inspired) take five to ten minutes and devote it to processing your troubles. I promise you will feel a difference in your life after one week of doing this!
