WHAT DID YOU SAY?

Our words are all we have to get our message to others. Using the right words in the correct context is key to making others understand our true meaning. Instead of assuming that people should be”getting” what we are trying to say, it is imperative that we change our words to help them comprehend our message.

It is also helpful sometimes to ask questions in order to figure out why people are not receptive to what you are saying. The real trick to questions is knowing the right ones to ask!

Speak to others so that they will be receptive to what you are saying without being condescending. Give motre service than is required and it will be returned to you tenfold!
