If you feel as though you are daily walking a tightrope while trying to balance everything else, it may be time for a change of pace. You may have been doing everything by yourself for a very long time. That is how most people get into situations that bring about great stress. By keeping to ourselves, it prevents us from having to rely on anyone else for assistance. Maybe it is because we believe that no one will do things exactly the way we want it done. Or the fear that relying on someone else may result in things not getting done at all. Either way , when you are carrying the full load yourself it gets very heavy the longer you travel with it. You do not have to go it alone. There is always a choice.

Give yourself a break from carrying it alone, even if it is only for a day. Stress and worry lead to high blood pressure and other ailments that can be life threatening over time. Reach out to that someone who has been offering to assist you. Allow their services to be of benefit to you.
