Being lost no matter where you may be, teaches us to rely on one another. In this situation it does not really matter who you are or what you have. All that is important is getting everyone to safety. Keeping everyone together and focused is the challenge, as a lot of people tend to become discouraged when immediate gratification is unattainable. Remaining together with decisions that are focused on the best interest of everyone will ensure solidarity. Also, listening to each person’s input and acknowledging their contribution no matter how small, gives them a feeling of importance.

Once a course of action has been implemented and the destination reached, try not to lose the memory of what it took to get there.

Give more service than is required and it will be returned to you tenfold!
